The jewelry store that sized it was impressed and said the band is really well made. I love it!
Now, on to the customer service. I typically buy my Invicta watches from another website (hint, they have a tv show as well) - and that site offers free shipping. That site uses slow ground shipping, but they send it out right away so you get it in 4-5 days. Works just fine. Amazon apparently is offering free shipping to remain competitive, but it seems they are not happy about it. I say this because they took almost a week to even send the watch out for shipping. When I inquired why my watch was not shipped, I got the "well, you used our free super-saver shipping, and that takes longer...if you wanted the watch faster you could have selected another option". In other words, we are going to make this shipping suck so bad that you will want to upgrade the the non-free shipping nest time. Took almost 2... Read more
