This variation of the Sub Aqua was introduced in the second year and has proved popular enough to still be offered by Invicta.
Part of its popularity might be due to the fact that it is an even bigger watch than the SAN - measuring a mighty 52mm. The only watch bigger is the Sub Aqua Venom, at 54mm.
To say that watches have been trending to larger and larger sizes is to understate the obvious. And there obviously is a demand for 50+mm watches, a niche Invicta is all too happy to fill.
Aside from size, however, this Reserve Sub Aqua GMT is a very attractive watch. The open bolts on the bezel and the skeleton lugs give a very modern, rugged look to this timepiece. You can feel the heft and quality on this model. The case is thick, a real doorknob bumper, so be careful. The Reserve Specialty is for men who like their watches bold and aggressive and makes a masculine statement. Honestly, you put on this bad boy and you'll feel like a hero in an action movie.
Remember, the bezel does NOT rotate, so look for newer models that have that function if that's necessary for you.
What I like about the this watch is you can dress it up or down and wear it with any color scheme. Highly recommended.
