I picked out an outfit and had to change bands at the last minute under 15 seconds.
The watch is easy to see, hands glow in the dark.

She alo loves the styling and the ruggedness of the watch at her job.
As our daughter put it this is the best watch she has owned because:
1. It has an orange band that she can wear for fun and change out the band for something more sedate at work!
2. The watch is easy to read, unlike most "girl" watches.
3. The watch looks cool not like something that a electronics nerd would wear.
4. The Invicta has a nice feel to it when wearing.

The watch face is large, but it's profile is REALLY thick! It's also VERY heavy, too heavy to wear comfortably. Way too large for a medium sized female. If you like large heavy solid watches, this is for you. For me, this had to go back. Really sad to do so because the functionality would have been great with the easy changing watchbands.
