black carbon fiber leviathan, December 23, 2011 By huggie bear "joe" (glen burnie md) - See all my reviews This review is from: Invicta Men's 1957 Reserve Chronograph Black Dial Stainless Steel Watch (Watch) Santa has been very good to me this year :) i was first to recieve the leviathan evolution model number 0814 which rated five stars. I will start by talking about that watch saying thats an awesome piece or chunk of metal . That watch is bigger than my san 4 and is very big , solid and heavy ! Ok now to this watch the leviathan 1957 model . Let me first start by saying i had never seen this version of the leviathan and after getting my leviathan evolution first could not imagine this version being bigger than the evolution but it is alot i should say and heavier and thicker . Ok what i absolutely love about this watch other than the sheer mass is the flawless design of this watch. The case and bracelet are brushed which is starting to be my favorite style and it has a black carbon face dial. The flame fusion crystal is domed style with an amazing anti reflective coating . The way the light reflects off of the face makes the colors change depending on the angle of the watch to the light source. Most of the time the reflections make the face a Bluish tint which makes this watch really catch other peoples eyes. The silver band with the black face really makes it pop! I really love this watch even with the huge Bezel(50+mm). I guess the only down side to this watch is the weight. Some peopple like heavy watches so it may not be a problem for you, but it's a tad more than i like to have. Definitely will not be playing golf in this watch!! But still the overall appearance makes this watch a must have! I would give this watch an 8.5 out of 10. Also Big Time Deals Store really set me up with a great price!!
